Seeley Lake Cemetery District Staff

Annie has lived in Seeley Lake for ten years. She was a nurse for 38 years, retiring three years ago. She started at the cemetery in October 2023 as the assistant groundskeeper. Annie started as the Sexton in April 2025 and continues her work as the assistant groundskeeper as well.

When not at the cemetery, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, running and just being outside exploring all of Montana with her husband Jeff and their two dogs.

Gary has been Pastor at Faith Chapel in Seeley Lake since 1987. He has also been the Groundskeeper for the Seeley Lake Cemetery for over 20 years. Gary wears many hats in the community including being a bus driver for the elementary school and serving on the Seeley Lake Elementary School Board. 

Melani grew up in Seeley Lake, and moved back in 2021. She is the Rural Resource Specialist for Missoula Aging Services, working in the Seeley Lake office. Melani started at the cemetery in January 2022.  

Melani and her husband Jim have six kids and two grandkids. They enjoy spending time with family, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Melani is an avid scrapbooker and crafter in her spare time.

Marvin served as the Seeley Lake Cemetery Sexton / Manager for 21 plus years before retiring in March, 2025. He continues to work part-time at the Seeley Lake Cemetery when needed. Marvin was the Lead Boiler Operator at Pyramid Mountain Lumber for over 27 years before retiring.
